I was born to Dennis and Donna Ellis, in the spring of April 1964 at Bentwaters Air Force base, Bentwaters England. My childhood was spent traveling the United States, and meeting a lot of different people. My parents instilled that honesty, hard work, and perseverance are the core fundamentals that make a good man. I’ve carried these lessons throughout my lifetime and have applied them directly to every aspect of my life. My father retired from the USAF as a Master Sergeant and our family settled in Kansas during my seventh year of school. During my time at Seaman High School, I would meet and marry my high school sweetheart. Then we moved to Indiana for about three years. We decided to move back and raise our family in Kansas. Where our sons were born. An environment that we believed held a powerful opportunity for the American Dream. Our sons followed the Seaman alumni tradition by graduating from school in ‘04 and ‘12. Over time I watched as savvy politician’s damaged and broke that dream. Once my sweet grand-children were born, I knew I had to take action and make a stand. I knew it was time the people had someone in office that not only saw what they needed, but also experienced it first hand. Someone who would listen and speak for them. The current political climate is unruly, and poses many threats to our country. So after listening to people complain about the career politicians. I decided to run for US Senate.
I am commited to bringing security and future safe guards for all Americans. I can guarantee that by working closely with the citizens of Kansas and promoting productivity in the Senate, I will bring the change we need.
Once in office I plan to ensure our God given constitutional rights are upheld for every American citizen. I’ve also outlined a plan to bring economic & business opportunities to Our Great State. Along with addressing the clear issue of Senate term limits. It is my great plan, to bring integrity back to Washington and make my wonderful state even greater.
We love the great people of Kansas, and would love to hear more about your ideas for Kansas.
